Health is a state of total well being of the body; it encompasses the physical, spiritual, mental/psychological and social fitness of the entire being.

The expression "health is wealth"  is  very true and real in every area of human life. This is because without it, one would lack the strength and vitality to work and think properly, to generate wealth. Hence, the issue of health should be the number one priority in everyone's life. It is the general condition of a person in all aspects and the level of all-round functionality of their systems. The health status of a person is influenced by factors such as food, drinks, relaxation, exercise, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene, etc.

Money is important; no doubt about that. But money without soundness of health is akin to poverty. A man may spend all that he has seeking and searching for sound health, until he empties all his belongings, but one who is hale and healthy, though financially poor, can break the jinx of such poverty by perseverance and well-channelled hard work. Indeed, health is an indispensable asset to man. It can never be done away with.
